Volunteer Application

The volunteer application is a great way to join our team as we educate, entertain, and enlighten the lives of our students and community. You will be working with an experienced staff with knowledge in performing arts, music production, conventions, and special events. The volunteer operates under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager and will assist in the set-up of facilities and equipment, operation of multi-media equipment, ushering, and various other duties for events.

Some positions will involve work during early morning, evenings, and weekends. There will also be frequent interaction with others. Some tasks may have physical requirements including, but not limited to: the ability to lift up to 75 lbs., manage overhead work, carrying, moving, and setting up equipment, unloading and re-loading of heavy musical equipment and gear. Climbing, bending, and lifting are essential requirements for some tasks. Available volunteer opportunities are listed on the sign up form below. Please feel free to select all that are of interest to you. Volunteers will be utilized on an as needed basis and will be contacted by the Vada Sheid Community Development Center staff.
